These sidewalls are engineered to allow pressing from both sides, enhancing bond strength and security. Diagonal fabric insertion provides outstanding tear resistance and flexibility.
For enhanced durability, our 120mm plus sidewalls include diagonal fabric reinforcement as a standard feature, with options for smaller sizes as needed.


CLEAT SPECIFICATION

Our cleat design is crafted for peak efficiency, with C-type and TC-type configurations offering maximum capacity and self-cleaning. Molded for stiffness and impact resistance, the cleats maintain shape even under high-density loads.
 

When operating at a conveying angle of less than 40 degrees, the choice of a T-type cleat ensures optimal performance. For angles exceeding 40 degrees, the cleat selection diversifies, incorporating C type, TC type, or TCS type, each meticulously designed to handle steeper inclines with unrivaled efficiency.
