Built to endure high compression, our sidewalls ensure smooth deflection, even around tight radii.
A prominent feature of our sidewalls is that they are pressed from both sides during attachment to the base belt, which results in significantly enhanced bond strength and improved security. The diagonal fabric insertion boosts tear resistance and allows for superior flexing capabilities.
Our rubber compounds are meticulously selected and rigorously tested to ensure optimal flexibility, exceptional abrasion resistance, and unmatched tensile strength, delivering enhanced durability and resistance precisely where it's needed most.
Main Technical Parameters
The thoughtfully engineered cleat design ensures unparalleled performance, featuring both C-type and TC-type cleats that deliver maximum conveying capacity and outstanding self-cleaning capabilities. Crafted through a precision molding process and incorporating specially developed rubber compounds, these cleats provide remarkable stiffness and robust impact resistance. This ensures they resist deformation even under the strain of transporting high-density materials.
The innovative rubber formula significantly boosts the cleat's stiffness and impact resistance, guaranteeing resilience against prolonged stress while maintaining its original shape.
For conveying angles less than 40 degrees, T-type cleats are predominantly used, whereas for angles greater than 40 degrees, C-type, TC-type, or TCS-type cleats are typically chosen. The spacing between cleats should be meticulously adjusted to align with the sidewall wave crest and side bolts, ensuring peak performance.
