Designed for steep incline conveying from 0 to 90 degrees, our product eliminates transfer points, ensuring seamless operation without spillage even at steep angles, maximizing space utilization.
It requires minimal maintenance while offering a long belt life. This solution is adaptable for a wide range of materials, enhancing operational efficiency.

Sidewall belts are engineered with specific tensile strength and abrasion resistance, ensuring durability. The belt is both cross-rigid and flexible longitudinally to cater to the deflection parts of the conveyor.
Our specially designed base belt, enhanced with cross rigidity, effectively addresses the common problem of belt deformation.

SIDEWALL SPECIFICATION

Our sidewalls embody cutting-edge design and manufacturing innovations. They flex beautifully without fatigue, maintaining vertical stability for load retention and offering robust support on the return side.

A key feature is the dual-sided pressing capability during application to the base belt, enhancing bond strength and security. Diagonal fabric insertion provides excellent tear resistance, allowing easy flexing and ensuring sidewall durability.
For sidewalls of 120mm and higher, we include special diagonal fabric reinforcement in the corrugations as standard, with the option for smaller sidewalls to feature this reinforcement where needed.


CLEAT SPECIFICATION

Our cleat design is meticulously crafted for peak performance. Both C-type and TC-type cleats maximize conveying capacity and offer excellent self-cleaning capabilities. Utilizing a molding process with specially developed rubber, these cleats achieve high stiffness and strong impact resistance, maintaining shape even under the strain of high-density materials. The cleat's unique rubber formula enhances its stiffness and impact resistance, preventing deformation even under prolonged stress.
 

For seamless performance with a conveying angle under 40 degrees, the cleat type of choice is typically T type. However, when the angle surpasses 40 degrees, elevate your operations with C type, TC type, or the versatile TCS type cleats, each crafted for precision and reliability.
